Bare-bones and not befitting of the slick presentation that typifies the sport.

A smooth and solid frame-rate proves the salvation in the face of murky textures and the occasional awkward model.
5.5 Sound
Engines have a disappointingly nasal drone, and without commentary the in-game soundtrack is provided by one plummy engineer.
8.0 Gameplay
Play modes are threadbare, but the spot-on handling makes the trundle through them compelling.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
For all its failings elsewhere, there's still 17 first-class circuits and an equally top-rate handling model with which to negotiate them.
